1. Services Overview
BeRun Sports Manufacturing provides:
- OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) sportswear production
- ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) services
- Custom sportswear and athletic apparel manufacturing
- Private label manufacturing solutions
- Product development and sampling services
2. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
Our standard MOQ policies are as follows:
- Standard Orders: 200-300 pieces per style/color
- Sample Orders: Available upon request with sample fees
- Custom Requirements: MOQ may vary based on product complexity and customization level
Specific MOQ requirements will be confirmed in your quotation and purchase agreement.
3. Ordering Process
- Inquiry: Submit your product requirements via our contact form, email, or WhatsApp
- Quotation: We provide detailed pricing within 24-48 hours
- Sample Development: Upon agreement, we develop samples for your approval
- Sample Approval: You review and approve samples before production
- Production Order: Once samples are approved, place your production order
- Production: Manufacturing begins after deposit payment
- Quality Control: Products undergo rigorous quality inspection
- Shipping: Products are shipped upon final payment
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing
- All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
- Prices are FOB (Free On Board) Guangzhou, China unless stated otherwise
- Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Prices may be subject to change based on raw material costs and order specifications
4.2 Payment Terms
- Sample Orders: 100% payment before sample production
- Production Orders: 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment
- Payment Methods: T/T (Bank Transfer), PayPal, Letter of Credit (L/C) for large orders
5. Sample Policy
- Sample fees apply and are quoted separately
- Sample development typically takes 7-15 business days
- Sample fees may be refunded or credited against bulk orders meeting minimum quantities
- Custom samples require tech packs or detailed specifications
6. Production Timeline
Standard production timelines:
- Small Orders (200-500 pcs): 15-25 business days
- Medium Orders (500-2000 pcs): 25-35 business days
- Large Orders (2000+ pcs): 35-45 business days
Timelines begin after sample approval and deposit receipt. Peak seasons may require additional lead time.
7. Quality Control
We maintain strict quality standards including:
- Incoming material inspection
- In-line production quality checks
- Final inspection before packing (AQL 2.5 standard)
- Third-party inspection available upon request (at buyer's cost)
8. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping costs are quoted separately based on destination and shipping method
- Available shipping methods: Sea freight, Air freight, Express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS)
- Shipping insurance is recommended and available at additional cost
- Delivery times depend on shipping method and destination
- Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery to carrier (FOB terms)
9. Returns and Defects
9.1 Defective Products
If products are found to be defective upon receipt:
- Notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt
- Provide photos and detailed description of defects
- Do not modify or use defective items before resolution
- We will arrange replacement, repair, or credit at our discretion
9.2 Non-Defective Returns
Custom-manufactured products cannot be returned unless defective. We do not accept returns for:
- Products made to customer specifications
- Approved samples that match production
- Change of mind or market conditions
10. Intellectual Property
- Customers retain ownership of their designs, logos, and specifications
- We maintain confidentiality of customer designs and business information
- Customers warrant they have rights to use any designs, logos, or trademarks provided
- We are not liable for intellectual property disputes arising from customer-provided designs
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information exchanged during the business relationship, including:
- Product designs and specifications
- Pricing and business terms
- Manufacturing processes
- Customer lists and business strategies
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the value of the defective products
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
- We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events
- Maximum liability shall not exceed the total order value
13. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Government actions or regulations
- Pandemics or epidemics
- Supply chain disruptions
14. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes:
- Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation
- If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to mediation
- Final disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Guangzhou, China
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China
15. Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission
- Submit false or misleading information
16. Modifications
